membres<\/strong><\/h4><p>Membre individuel: CHF 120.00<br \/>Institution: CHF 310.00<\/p><h4><strong>Extrait des statuts d&rsquo;aphasie suisse<\/strong><\/h4><h5>Art.2: But<\/h5><ul><li>aphasie suisse soutient les personnes qui souffrent de troubles de la communication et du langage apr\u00e8s une l\u00e9sion c\u00e9r\u00e9brale (aphasie).<\/li><li>Elle cherche \u00e0 atteindre ce but, tant au niveau des personnes aphasiques et leur entourage\u00a0que des professionnels, notamment par:<ul><li>l\u2019acquisition de connaissances scientifiques en stimulant les \u00e9changes entre professionnels\u00a0travaillant dans le domaine de l\u2019aphasiologie,<\/li><li>la transmission de connaissances pratiques \u00e0 d\u2019autres professionnels, portant sur le diagnostic,<\/li><li>le traitement ou les conseils aupr\u00e8s de personnes aphasiques et de leurs proches,<\/li><li>l\u2018encouragement des contacts et des \u00e9changes de points de vue entre les professionnels,<\/li><li>les personnes aphasiques, leurs proches et le grand public,<\/li><li>l\u2019organisation d\u2019offres adapt\u00e9es et le d\u00e9veloppement de produits innovants pour les personnes<br \/>aphasiques, leurs proches et les professionnels.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h4>Art.3: Membres<\/h4><ul><li>aphasie suisse comprend des membres actifs et des membres passifs.<\/li><li>Les membres actifs sont des professionnels (membres individuels) ou des institutions\u00a0(membres collectifs) charg\u00e9s du diagnostic, du traitement et\/ou de la recherche en aphasiologie.\u00a0Les institutions sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es nominalement par un d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 officiel ou par son rempla\u00e7ant.<\/li><li>Les membres passifs sont des personnes individuelles, des autorit\u00e9s, des personnes morales et des institutions avec ou sans connaissances professionnelles sp\u00e9cifiques, int\u00e9ress\u00e9es aux buts d\u2019aphasie suisse. Ils peuvent adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 l&rsquo;association en versant une cotisation en tant que membres passifs et soutiennent ainsi les buts d\u2019aphasie suisse.<\/li><li>Les membres actifs et passifs ont droit \u00e0 une voix aux assembl\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9rales.<\/li><\/ul><h5>Art.4: Adh\u00e9sion, d\u00e9mission, exclusion<\/h5><ul><li>Le comit\u00e9 d\u2019aphasie suisse d\u00e9cide de l&rsquo;admission des membres actifs et des membres passifs au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.\u00a0Les noms des membres que le comit\u00e9 a admis au cours d&rsquo;un exercice devront figurer sur l&rsquo;invitation \u00e0 l&rsquo;assembl\u00e9e ordinaire des membres. Les candidats qui postulent en qualit\u00e9 de membre\u00a0actif devront indiquer comme r\u00e9f\u00e9rence deux membres actifs d\u2019aphasie suisse. La recommandation\u00a0actif devront indiquer comme r\u00e9f\u00e9rence deux membres actifs d\u2019aphasie suisse. La recommandation de-vra pr\u00e9ciser que le candidat est actif dans le domaine du diagnostic, du traitement et\/ou de la\u00a0recherche en aphasiologie.<\/li><li>La d\u00e9mission peut \u00eatre donn\u00e9e en tout temps pour la fin d&rsquo;une ann\u00e9e civile, moyennant un pr\u00e9avis de trois mois. Le\/la d\u00e9missionnaire devra encore s&rsquo;acquitter de la cotisation annuelle pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e courante.<\/li><li>Pour des raisons graves, le comit\u00e9 peut exclure un membre. Celui-ci peut recourir contre cette\u00a0d\u00e9cision devant l&rsquo;assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/li><li>Les membres qui ont d\u00e9missionn\u00e9 ou qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 exclus perdent tous
