En 2008, aphasie suisse a fond\u00e9 le premier choeur de personnes aphasiques \u00e0 Lucerne. Toutes les chanteuses et tous les chanteurs de ce choeur inhabituel ont perdu compl\u00e8tement ou partiellement l\u2019usage du langage suite \u00e0 une attaque c\u00e9r\u00e9brale, une tumeur ou un accident. Mais ils peuvent encore chanter.<\/p><p>La r\u00e9ussite du projet pilote \u00e0 Lucerne a incit\u00e9 aphasie suisse \u00e0 cr\u00e9er d&rsquo;autres ch\u0153urs. Il existe d\u00e9sormais en Suisse dix ch\u0153urs d&rsquo;aphasiques et un ch\u0153ur de yodel d&rsquo;aphasiques.<\/p><p>Pourquoi ne plus parler, mais chanter ? Contrairement \u00e0 la parole, le chant active \u00e9galement l&rsquo;h\u00e9misph\u00e8re droit du cerveau. L&rsquo;h\u00e9misph\u00e8re gauche endommag\u00e9 est soutenu dans la production de la parole. Chanter avec d&rsquo;autres personnes permet de se sentir en s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Pour aphasie suisse, le chant est une nouvelle forme d&rsquo;entraide formidable. Chanter ensemble donne un sentiment d&rsquo;appartenance.
